4. Quotes and Agreements

4.1. All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless specified otherwise.

5.2. The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days after delivery of the final design, unless agreed otherwise.

5.3. In the event of late payment, the Client is automatically in default, and the Designer is entitled to suspend work until payment has been made.

6. Delivery and Revisions

6.1. The Designer will deliver the designs within the agreed timeframe, unless prevented by force majeure.

6.2. The Client is entitled to 2 standard revision rounds (unless agreed otherwise). Any additional revisions will be billed separately at the hourly rate specified in the proposal.
