How I Work?

Hi! I'm Jill, a photographer with a heart for authentic, spontaneous images. Photography is a genuine family passion that has been passed down through generations, so I grew up with a camera close by and an eye for the small, beautiful moments in life.

In my work, I prefer a relaxed approach. No stiff poses or forced smiles, just being yourself. Whether we meet outdoors in nature, in my studio, or at your home: we take our time and ensure a calm, comfortable atmosphere.

Getting to know each other

During an initial, non-binding chat, I take time to listen to your story and ideas. Together we discuss your wishes and see which type of shoot or design work fits best. You will have full space to ask any questions about my approach, style, and availability. If you feel comfortable moving forward, I'll prepare a clear, custom quote without surprises.

Preparation & planning

Good preparation ensures a relaxed and worry-free shoot. Together we go over all practical details: selecting a beautiful location (in my studio, outdoors in nature, or at your home with my mobile setup), outfit choices, timing, and light. I gladly share helpful tips and styling advice so everyone feels well prepared and at ease before the shoot.

The day of the shoot

On the day itself, a calm and pleasant atmosphere is key. There's no rush, no pressure to perform, and no rigid poses. We simply follow your flow, especially when working with children or pets. By keeping things light and informal, spontaneous interactions happen naturally, leading to genuine and relaxed photographs.

Selection and careful editing

After the session, I select the best images and give each photo individual care. I fine-tune colours, lighting, and contrast to achieve a harmonious and natural look in my soft, consistent style. All photos are edited in colour, and upon request, selected images can also be converted to timeless black and white.

Delivery of your digital photos

You will receive your finalized collection through a personal, password-protected online gallery. This private gallery makes it easy to view, download, and share your favorite memories with family and friends. All files are delivered in high resolution (ready for print) and in web resolution (optimized for social media and online sharing).
